Lets simplify this
ln(8x) + 2ln(x) = 23 - 5
ln(8x) + ln(x)^2 = 18
ln(8x*x^2) = 18
ln(2x)^3 = 18
3ln(2x) = 18
ln(2x) = 6
2x = e^6
x = (e^6)/2
