I'm not sure what you meant by (squared) but I will do the second question.
lnx=2-ln4
This means that
e^(2-ln4)=x
This is moreover the same as:
e^2/4=x
Using a calculator we can find the approximation x= 1.84726.

Please resubmit the first question by making clear if it is
2lnx-(lnx)^2=3 or 2lnx-ln(x^2)=3 These are in fact not the same expression.
