You can put this solution on YOUR website!
a%5E2%2Bb%5E2=36
Perimeter must = 14
14-6=8

so you know that
a%2Bb=8 and a%2Bb%2Bc=14
and
8%5E2-6%5E2=a%5E2
28=a%5E2
a=5.2
so b=8-5.2
b=2.8

And 5.2%5E2%2B2.8%5E2=34.88
5.2+2.8+6=14

Area = (base*height)/2

Area=%285.2%2A2.8%29%2F2
Area = 15 (rounded)

Hence, the area is 15 unit squared.
