the fractions have to be equal to make a correct statement
%288%2F15%29=%2824%2F45%29
for this to be true u must find out the common 1/1 that was multiplied to 8/15 to get 24/15
so 24/8=3 and 3(15)=45 so 3/3 is the common 1 so these two fractions are congruent, or u could simply use a calculater and divide the fractions to decimals.
