3/x-4/y+10/z=1
3/x - 4/y + 10/z = 1
3 - 4x/y + 10x/z = x (multiplied both sides by x)
3y - 4x + 10xy/z = xy (multiplied both sides by y)
3yz - 4xz + 10xy = xyz (multiplied both sides by z)
-4xz + 10xy - xyz = -3yz (rearranged)
10xy - 4xz - xyz = -3yz (rearranged)
x(10y - 4z - yz) = -3yz (pulled out x)
x = -3yz/(10y - 4z - yz)
