All the problem is asking if for you to evaluate the expression for the various numbers (in place of x).

f%280%29=0%5E2-7%2A0%2B10=10 10 is your answer for a)
f%285%29=5%5E2-7%2A5%2B10=0 0 is your answer for b)
...etc
