You can put this solution on YOUR website! From your equation, I can see that this is a quadratic equation becuase the biggest exponent is 2. Since the value in front of the x^2 term is negative, we have an upside down parabola.

y = -2(0)^2
y = 0
Our first point is (0,0).
Let x = 1
y = -2(1)^2
y = -2(1)
y = -2
Our second point is (1,-2).
