u can either start with 2 and reduce ur way down but i know 4 goes into both evenly
4 into 1000 =250 and 4into 440=110 so 110+250=360 and 4 goes into 8= 2 times
360 can be divided by 2= 180 which is the simplest form
180cal/ounce
