You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I have a math problem and I need help.
Question:
If a product normally sells for $40.00 and we give you a $6.00 discount. What percentage discount are we giving you?
normal price: $40
discount: $6
you paid: $40 - $6 = $34
$40/$40 - $34/$40
100% - $34/$40 %
1 - 34/40
1 - 0.85
0.15 --> 15% discount
or you could of done 6/40 = 0.15 --> 15%
