Looking at the top terms, we can factorise...the 3 terms each have similar terms in them...

+%28%287x%5E3y%5E3%29%28x%5E2y%5E2+-+3xy+%2B+2%29%29%2F%287x%5E3y%5E3%29+
+%28x%5E2y%5E2+-+3xy+%2B+2%29+

there you go. This is the answer. However, we could factorise this into (xy-2)(xy-1) too... but it doesn't ask you to do that: just a nice final thing to do to the "answer"
