first put them in improper fraction form.
1 and 7/10=%281%2A10%2B7%29%2F10=17%2F10
2 and 7/10=%282%2A10%2B7%29%2F10=27%2F10
(17/10)/(27/10) when dividing by a fraction i always just multiply by the reciprical
so %2817%2F10%29%2810%2F27%29=17%2F27
