53, 54, 60, 61, 62, 63, 70, 71, 72, 80, 81 

They are all less than 90.

If you add the digits of any one of them, the total is less than ten.

They are all greater than 20.

The tens digit of any one of them is greater then its ones digit.

So there are twenty-two different solutions to the problem.
