You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Consecutive integers = x, x+2, x+4

x%5E2-%28x%2B4%29%5E2=80
x%5E2-%28x%5E2%2B16%2B8x%29=80
x%5E2-x%5E2%2B16%2B8x=80
16%2B8x=80
8x=64
x=8

8+2=10
8+4=12

Hence, the 3 integers are 8, 10 and 12.
