You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Multiply the following.
(x/3 + 3/4)(3x/4 - 3/5)
The multiplication is done by the rule: Multiply the first term of the first bracket with the whole of second bracket plus multiply the second term of the first bracket with the whole of the second bracket. And then simplification of one quantity outside a bracket containing two terms.(when we consider a term it goes without saying that its sign to carried along too of course.)
(x/3 + 3/4)(3x/4 - 3/5)
= (x/3))(3x/4 - 3/5) + (3/4))(3x/4 - 3/5)
= x^2/4 -x/5 + 9x/16 - 9/20
= x^2/4 + (29x)/5- 9/20
{you may simplify (-x/5 +9x/16) = (9/16-1/5)x = (45-16)(x)/5 = (29x)/5}
