It's the difference of 2 squares.
+a%5E2+-+b%5E2+=+%28a-b%29%2A%28a%2Bb%29

25x%5E2-36y%5E2 Notice that this the difeerence of two squares!
%285x%29%5E2-%286y%29%5E2 and the difference of two squares is factored thus:
A%5E2-B%5E2+=+%28A%2BB%29%28A-B%29 so...
25x%5E2-36y%5E2+=+highlight%28%285x%2B6y%29%285x-6y%29%29
