Area is a function of the square of the linear dimensions, ie, side length. Multiplying the length of sides times n multiplies the are by n^2.
625/100 = 6.25 = ratio of the areas
sides ratio = sqrt(6.25) = 2.5
Perimeter is a 1:1 ratio with side length, so
2.5 is the answer
