2(70/y)+2y=38
140/y+2y=38
(140+2y*y)/y=38
(140+2y^2)/y=38
140+2y^2=38y
2y^2-38y+140=0
2(y^2-19x+70)=0
2(x-14)(x-5)=0
x-14=0
x=14 ans.
x-5=0
x=5 ans.
Proof:
14*5=70
2*14+2*5=38
28+10=38
38=38
