You can put this solution on YOUR website! I am guessing that in the case of the 2n that the n is on the top. If not, then I am wrong.
-5(4-1/2n)+1/16(-32n+8)
The general idea is to multiply through, getting rid of the brackets. Note that minus times minus makes plus.
-20 +5n/2 -32n/16 +8/16
-20 +2.5n -2n +0.5
-19.5 +0.5n
