a) If you extended every street line on the page in both directions, then the parallel lines are the ones that NEVER cross. The ones that are parallel to Golden Gate street are McAllister and Turk street.

b) Just name any streets that cross 6th street. These streets are: Howard, Mission, Market, Golden Gate, Taylor.

b) Skew lines are lines that aren't parallel, but do not intersect. The only way for this to happen is if the lines don't continue on forever (in which case they don't). For example, 7th street and Golden Gate street are skew lines since they aren't parallel (extend the lines to see it) but at the same time they do not intersect one another. There are more skew lines in the picture.
