im not sure of this question but i remember my teacher made me and the class do a chart that helps

thats the chart and after you can make a equation and solve it.

diff in distance = 80 miles
diff in speed = 16 mph
80/16 = 5 hours
A = 200/5 = 40 mph
B = 280/5 = 56 mph
