um theres something wrong cause u cannot = v according to the 2nd equation for proof put in 0 for both u and v and you get 0=-4 which isnt possible. so im going to assume u meant that u doesnot = v.
here you need to use the slope intercept formula y=mx+b m=slope b=intercept
4u=2v-4
u=%281%2F2%29v-1 we will set u to the y-axis and v to the x-axis
y=%281%2F2%29x-1 looks familiar now
slope is %281%2F2%29
y-intercept is -1
plot points:(0,-1)(2,0)(4,1)
