One other angle = 90-21 = 69

The sum of all angles in any triangle is 180.
A right triangle has one 90 degree angle, and this given triangle also has a 21 degree angle. So you have two angles and one that you need to find.
Therefore you subtract 90 degrees and 21 degrees from 180 and you get 69 degrees.
