In one hr they do 1/6 the job.
1/5 * 1/6 = 1/30 the job done by 1 person in 1 hr
8 people do 8/30 the job in 1 hr.
30/8 = 3.75 hrs for 8 people to do the job.

5 workers * 6 hours = 30 man-hours of work
30 man-hours/8 men = 15/4 hours
= 3.75 hours

in one hour the 5 workers do 1/6 of the job
and each worker does 1/30 of the job in one hour
they use 30 man hours to finish the job
so for 8 workers to use 30 man hours it will take 30/8=15/4=3.75 hours
