foil the left to get

set = 0 and in descending order, we get
(iii) 4x%5E2+-+64x+%2B+192+=+0
factoring, we get
(iv) %28x-4%29%284x-48%29+=+0
solving for x, we get
x = 4
or
x = 12
the dimensions of the inside of the frame are: 4 x 12
