(2/n) - 15 = 20-(3/n)
step 1 - add 15 from both sides to get
-(2/n) = 35 - (3/n)
step 2 - add 3/n to both sides to get
(5/n) = 35
step 3 - multiply by n to get
5 = 35n
step 4 - divide by 35 to get
n = (1/7)
