You can put this solution on YOUR website!
a^2+b^2=c^2
6^2+b^2=14^2
36+b^2=196
b^2=160
b=12.6

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
We use a^2 + b^2 = c^2 to get
6^2 + b^2 = 14^2
simplify to get
36 + b^2 = 144
subtract 36 to get
b^2 = 108
take a square root to get
b = 10.4
