x+y=2x-15 Solve for y (SUM)
y=x-15 (subsitution)

x-y=2x-5 (subsitue for y) (DIFFERENCE)
x-(x-15)=2x-5
x-x+15=x-5
15=2x-5
2x=20
x=10

10+y=2(10)-15
10+y=20-15
y=5-10
y=-5

Hence, the two numbers are -5 and 10.
