Please help me solve, this is not an equation, you can't solve it, just simplify it:
%28a%5E2+-+10a+%2B+21%29+%2F+%28a%5E2+-+11a+%2B+28%29
Both numerator and denominator will factor
%28%28a-7%29%28a-3%29%29+%2F+%28%28a-7%29%28a-4%29%29
:
(a-7) will cancel so you end up with
%28a-3%29%2F%28a-4%29
