step 1 - multiply by the conjugate to get

step 2 - we simplify the numerator and denominator as
%2863%2B21i%2B36i%2B12i%5E2%29 / %2881-9i%5E2%29
now, i^2 = -1, so we get
%2851%2B57i%29%2F90
however, we can reduce by 3 and get
%2817%2B19i%29%2F30
