Add -11x to both sides to get zero on the left

0=6x%5E2-11x%2B3

6x%5E2-11x%2B3=0

factor

%282x-3%29%283x-1%29=0

set first factor = 0

2x-3=0

2x=3

x=3%2F2, that's one solution

Set the other factor = 0

3x-1=0

3x=1

x=1%2F3, that's the other solution
