how do you graph:
f(x)= (1/2)^(x-4)

f(x) = (1/2)^x is a decreasing function that (0,1)
and has horizontal asymptote y = 0.
=====
and also find the transformations?
The (x-4) exponent shifts the previous graph
4 units to the right so it passes thru (4,1)
and still has y = 0 as its horizontal asymptote.
