Let x, x+2 & x+4 be the 3 integers.
5x=2(x+2+x+4)-4
5x=2(2x+6)-4
5x=4x+12-4
5x-4x=8
x=8 the first integer.
8=2=10 for the second integer.
8+4=12 for the last integer.
Proof:
5*8=2(10+12)-4
40=2*22-4
40=44-4
40=40
