I will assume the following:

+3%285+%2B+%281%2F6%29y%29+=+8+%2B+%281%2F2%29y+
+15+%2B+%283%2F6%29y+=+8+%2B+%281%2F2%29y+
+15+%2B+%281%2F2%29y+=+8+%2B+%281%2F2%29y+
+15+=+8+

which is clearly incorrect, so can you please check your question and notation please :-)
