This problem is largely an application of the distributive property.
2%28x-3%29-3%28x%2B5%29+=+3%28x-2%29-7 Apply the disributive property.
2x-6-3x-15+=+3x-6-7 Combine like-terms.
-x-21+=+3x-13 Add x to both sides of the equation.
-21+=+4x-13 Add 13 to both sides.
-8+=+4x Divide both sides by 4.
-2+=+x
Answer is: x = -2
