i saw the solution to this an id figure id explain it a bit more then just saying they are equal.
x-5y=10
2x-10y=20 there is a common variable of (2) so the equation can be reduced by dividing 2 from everything
2x/2 - 10y/2 = 20/2
x - 5y = 10 => x-5y=10 so both equations are the same
