step 1 - factor out 6x to get
6x%28x%5E2+%2B+9x+%2B+20%29+=+0
step 2 - factor the trinomial to get
6x%28x%2B4%29%28x%2B5%29+=+0
step 3 - set each part = 0 and solve to get
x = 0
x = -4
x = -5
