3X%5E4+=300+
I will assume you didn't want parentheses around the 3x.
step 1 - divide by 3 to get
x%5E4+=+100
step 2 - take a fourth root to get
%28x%5E4%29%5E%281%2F4%29+=+100%5E%281%2F4%29
this means that
x+=+sqrt%2810%29
or
x ~ 3.16227
