You can put this solution on YOUR website! This is really simple, you just have to be briefly reminded.
You divide 2 into 3, so it gives you a decimal
2/3 = .66666 forever... but you can round it to .67
to get a percentage out of 100, just move the decimal over two spaces and put a percentage sign.
becuz remember... .67 = 67 HUNDRETHS.
so you end up with 67%...
