You have to memorize this pair of rules:
A3 + B3 factors as (A + B)(A2 - AB + B2)
A3 - B3 factors as (A - B)(A2 + AB + B2)
You'll need the first one.
Write 8x3 as (2x)3 and write 343 as 73
8x3 + 73
(2x)3 + 73
Then use A = 2x and B = 7 in the first rule above
(2x)3 + 73 factors as (2x + 7)[(2x)2 - (2x)(7) + 72] =
(2x + 7)[(2x)2 - (2x)(7) + 72] =
(2x + 7)[4x2 - 14x + 49]
(2x + 7)(4x2 - 14x + 49)
