Let's draw the triangle
 The base of that right triangle is from (0,-4) to (5,-4). Using
the x-axis as a measuring stick, the base is 5 units long.
The height of that right triangle is from (0,-4) to (0,9). Using
the y-axis as a measuring stick, the height is 13 units long.
