SOLUTION: y=-1/4x+2 is in slope intercept form already
y=mx+b; b is the y-intercept
Then the y-intercept is (0,b)
Therefore, the answer is (0,2)
Now please tell me why the coordinates

You can put this solution on YOUR website! We have the y-intercept as (0,2).
This is a coordinate. It does not pass through the 0 "and" 2.
This means that our line passes through the y-axis at 2.
The x coordinate of the y-axis is 0.
