y=13 would be a horizontal line with 0 slope

Hint: Locate two points on the line (graph the equation if necessary) and use the slope formula m=%28y%5B2%5D-y%5B1%5D%29%2F%28x%5B2%5D-x%5B1%5D%29 to find the slope 'm'. If the denominator turns out to be zero, then the slope is undefined (since division by zero is not allowed).
