As a basic check, use a calculator to get sqrt%2890%29=9.48683298050513 and 3%2Asqrt%2810%29=9.48683298050513 which shows us that sqrt%2890%29=3%2Asqrt%2810%29

The way to check that is to use a calculator to approximate 
it with a decimal:

Find sqrt%2890%29 with a calculator, you'll get 9.486832981

Then find 3%22%D7%22sqrt%2810%29, you'll also get 9.48632981
