Rewrite as 5(y^2-5y)=x-60
Complete the square on the left side to get:
5(y^2-5y++(5/2)^2)=x-60+5(5/2)^2
5(y-(5/2))^2=x-115/4
This is a parabola opening to the right with
vertex at (115/4,5/2) and p=5/4
