It's impossible because the 4 consecutive numbers
will be either
even, odd, even, odd
or
odd, even, odd, even
In either case, the sum of the even numbers will be even
The odd numbers can be expressed as
even + 1, and
(even + 1) + (even + 1) = even + 2, which is even
So, in either case, the sum of 4 consecutive
numbers has to be even
