x=35/6=5 5/6 days= 5 days 20 hrs

step 1 - multiply by 70 to get
(ii) 7x+%2B+5x+=+70
add like terms to get
(iii) 12x+=+70
divide by 12 to get
(iv) x+=+70%2F12
it will take them about ~ 5.833 hours together.
