You can put this solution on YOUR website!
you do not use brackets to group terms so i am not sure what is the denominator of one term and the numerator of another, so i am guessing the actual question is: %283%2F7p%29+-1+=+%281%2F2p%29+%2B+1%2F2
%283%2F7p%29+=+%281%2F2p%29+%2B+3%2F2
%283%2F7p%29+-+%281%2F2p%29+=+3%2F2

Common denominator will be 14p. So we have now %286%2F14p%29+-+%287%2F14p%29+=+3%2F2
%28-1%2F14p%29+=+3%2F2
%28-1%2F14%29+=+%283%2F2%29%2Ap
%28-1%2F14%29%2A%282%2F3%29+=+p
%28-1%2F7%29%2A%281%2F3%29+=+p
%28-1%2F21%29+=+p

so p = -1/21... assuming my version was the real question
