8x-3y=31+y or -4y+8x=31
4y+20x=16
-4y+8x=31

x=47/28 ans.
8*47/28-3y=31+y
376/28-4y=31
-4y=31-376/28
-4y=31*28/28-376/28
-4y=(868-376)/28
-4y=492/28
y=(492/28)/-4
y=492/28*1/-4
y=492/-112
y=-123/28 ans.
Proof:
2*-123/28-8=-10*47/28
-246/28-8*28/28=-470/28
(-246-224)/28=-470/28
