Here is the question:
7x%2B8%3E=+-55 or 9x%2B2%3E=+-16
step 1 - notice that "OR" splits the 2 inequalities.

First solve the left side to get
7x%2B8%3E=-55
7x+%3E=+-63
x+%3E=-9
When you graph this, you get a closed circle above -9 and an arrow to the right.

Second solve the right side to get
9x%2B2%3E=+-16
9x+%3E=+-18
x%3E=-2
When you graph this, you get a closed circle above -2 and an arrow to the right.
