WHat we have is an expression of the following type:
x-4%2Fx-6x-23%2F11x
assume we have two x's in the numerator and two x's in the denominator. We have to create a common denominator of 11x and adjust our numerator as follows:
%2811x%5E2-44-66x%5E2-23%29%2F11x
we simplify the numerator and we get
%28-55x%5E2-67%29%2F11x
This is the best we can do.
